Lizard Bird-ish thing

He's like a lizard, and a bird, and a skull.... What do you call that?

I had a sketch of him in a notebook, uncolored and pretty rough, then I took him to the computer, cleaned up all the lines, and printed out a copy to color. (Just regular old Crayola pencils)
